Decide what should be done in public and in private. Nobody likes being humiliated, and it’s bound to make you seem unfair even if you’ve been even-handed in your enforcement. If you know it’s a touchy subject, do it in a tell and encourage your guild members to do the same. If it’s something everyone needs to know, do it out in the open (again, politely).Keep the guild alive through events, meetings, and plenty of activities which reinforce your guild’s bond. Silly, yes, but every guild is like a family. Spend time with your members and show them that you all work together.
